Brief Description

The purpose of this position is to provide complex clerical support to a division. This is accomplished by providing customer service, assistance, and information to Wichita Falls Regional Airport passengers by telephone and in person, taking messages, processing high security documents, processing requests for services, maintaining complex and detailed records, preparing reports and payment requests, maintaining budget information, and completing related clerical tasks. Additional duties include processing documents, payments and invoices, entering data, maintaining inventories, opening and distributing mail, interacting with vendors, filing, and maintaining department records to include accounts payable and receivable. Other duties include assisting with airport and Museum tours, parking collections, minor repair and maintenance of pay machines and meters, and assisting administration to alleviate work load whenever possible.

Certification & Other Requirements

Must be fingerprinted and found not to have any disqualifying criminal offences as itemized by TSA. Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM. Customer service experience and computer literacy required. Proficiency in Excel and Word desired.
